Information we collect. When you submit the booking form we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date and address, package selection, add-on preferences, and any notes you choose to provide. We also receive standard server log data (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) from our hosting provider, Netlify, for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it. Solely to (i) respond to your booking request, (ii) confirm and service your event, (iii) send transactional and event-related communications, and (iv) comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Texas resident rights. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of targeted advertising or sale of personal data (we do not engage in either). Submit requests to privacy@parteegolf.com.
Children. Our website and booking form are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information (COPPA).
Security. All form submissions are transmitted over TLS / HTTPS. We retain inquiry data for no longer than reasonably necessary to service your event and meet recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies. This site uses only essential, first-party cookies required to operate the site. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.

1. Booking & quotes. Submitting the online form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when Par-Tee Golf LLC issues a written confirmation and any required deposit has been paid.
2. Pricing & sales tax. Listed package prices are exclusive of applicable Texas state and local sales & use tax on amusement services (Texas Tax Code Ch. 151, §151.0028). Par-Tee Golf LLC holds (or has applied for) a Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit issued by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and remits collected tax accordingly. Tax-exempt organizations must furnish a properly completed Texas Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certificate (Form 01-339) before the event date. Travel surcharges apply outside the DFW metro at the rates disclosed in your quote.
3. Cancellation & refunds. Cancellations made 14+ days before the event date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 7–13 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but we will work in good faith to reschedule. Severe-weather rescheduling for outdoor events is provided at no charge.
4. Site requirements. The customer is responsible for ensuring the venue has the required space (15ft × 18ft, 10ft ceiling), level surface, weather protection if outdoors, and a working 120V outlet within 25 feet of the setup area.
5. Age & supervision. Players under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult. Par-Tee Golf does not serve alcohol; alcohol service at the venue is the host's responsibility under the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, including any required TABC permits.
6. Equipment care & indemnification. The customer is responsible for any damage to simulator equipment caused by guest negligence, intentional misconduct, or pets. Normal wear is included. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Par-Tee Golf LLC against third-party claims arising from the customer's or its guests' acts or omissions, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Par-Tee Golf LLC.
7. Insurance. Par-Tee Golf LLC maintains commercial general liability insurance and commercial automobile / inland-marine coverage on its tow vehicle, trailer, and simulator equipment in transit. A Certificate of Insurance naming the venue or host as additional insured is available on written request at least 7 days before the event.
8. Workers' compensation. Texas Labor Code §406.005 requires employers to disclose their workers' compensation status. Par-Tee Golf LLC's current status is disclosed on its DWC-5 / Employee Notice posted at its principal place of business and provided to staff at hiring. Customers, venues, and event guests are not employees of Par-Tee Golf LLC for purposes of this statute.
9. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (severe weather, government order, utility failure, public-health emergencies).
10. Governing law & venue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
11. Music & broadcast rights. Any background music, broadcast audio, or televised content played by Par-Tee Golf at an event is licensed only for incidental, non-public-performance use. Customers and venues are responsible for any public-performance licensing required by ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or similar performing-rights organizations for their event.
12. Equipment transport. The simulator trailer and tow vehicle are operated in compliance with Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and Texas Department of Public Safety rules for non-commercial / commercial trailers as applicable. Inland-marine coverage applies to the simulator equipment in transit.
13. Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act notice. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive any rights you may have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices & Consumer Protection Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 17, Subch. E).
14. Sales & Use Tax Permit. Par-Tee Golf LLC operates under a Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit issued by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. The permit number is provided on every invoice and is available on request at info@parteegolf.com.
15. Complaint resolution. Customers should direct any service complaints to info@parteegolf.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and work to resolve the issue. Unresolved complaints involving Texas consumers may be filed with the Office of the Texas Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division.
Inherent risk. Swinging a golf club inside a simulator enclosure carries inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury from clubs, balls, screens, or other participants; trip-and-fall hazards; eye, hand, or back strain; and property damage. By participating, each player acknowledges and assumes these risks.
Safety rules. Only one player may occupy the swing zone at a time. Spectators must remain behind the marked safe-zone line. No alcohol consumption is permitted while swinging. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. The on-site attendant has final authority to pause play for safety.
Release. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, the customer and each participant releases Par-Tee Golf LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of ordinary negligence in connection with the use of the simulator, except for claims involving gross negligence or willful misconduct. This waiver does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under Texas law.
Minors. A parent or legal guardian must accept this waiver on behalf of any participant under 18.
Insurance. Par-Tee Golf LLC carries commercial general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance is available on request for venue compliance.
